ROYALTY SPEAKS AGREEMENT/REFUND POLICY

At Royalty Speaks, we are committed to providing exceptional services and experiences to our valued clients. In line with this commitment, we have established the following policy regarding our Terms of Agreement and Refund Policy.

1. No Refunds: Once payment has been made for any Royalty Speaks services or event, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. While refunds are not available, we may be able to provide credit for future events or services, depending on the circumstances and our discretion.

2. Commitment to Excellence: We strive to deliver unparalleled value and support to every participant in our programs. Our team invests significant time, effort, and resources into crafting and delivering high-quality experiences designed to empower and enhance the skills of our clients.

3. Rescheduling Options: In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing your attendance, we understand that rescheduling may be necessary. While refunds are not provided, we are happy to offer the option to reschedule your participation in the next equivalent Royalty Speaks event, subject to availability.

Rescheduling is limited to a maximum of two consecutive events only.

For example, if you were originally scheduled for January and cannot attend, you may move to the next event (e.g., June). If you are still unable to attend, you may move once more to the following event (e.g., October). Beyond two consecutive reschedules, the opportunity to speak will no longer be available.

4. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your participation in a scheduled Royalty Speaks event, please notify us as soon as possible. While refunds are not available, we may be able to provide credit for future events or services, depending on the circumstances and our discretion.

5. Non-Transferable: Any payments made for Royalty Speaks services or events are non-transferable to other individuals or entities.

6. Income, Results & Speaking Gigs Disclaimer

Royalty Speaks provides tools, strategies, and resources to help you achieve your goals, but individual results depend on your effort, experience, and commitment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income levels, or success. Testimonials shared are examples and not promises of similar results.

We also provide access to a curated list of speaking opportunities through our Speaking Gigs Tool. While this resource is designed to help speakers find potential engagements, Royalty Speaks does not guarantee that you will be selected or booked for any event.

Selection is solely at the discretion of the event organizers and may depend on factors including but not limited to your topic, presentation style, market demand, and alignment with the event’s goals. Your progress and results are your responsibility, and we encourage you to seek additional advice as needed.

7. I hereby authorize Royalty Speaks to edit, change, copy, and make any use of all photographs and videos of me to be used for promotional materials. I (Speaker) hereby acknowledge that I will not be entitled to payment or any sort of charge for such action.

I (Speaker) authorize Royalty Speaks the use of my photograph for, but not limited to, publication on the internet, magazines, journals, books, articles, etc., provided that it is done for lawful purposes. I (Speaker) hereby release Royalty Speaks all rights to any, but not limited to, claims, rights, demands, and/or any causes of action by me or my representatives, heirs, or anyone else.

Furthermore, I (Speaker) hereby waive my right to any royalty or any other compensation for the usage of the photos referred to in this Form.

8. Speaker Content & Presentation Guidelines:

By registering as a speaker with Royalty Speaks, you agree to present content that aligns with Royalty Speaks’ commitment to professionalism, neutrality, and inclusivity.

Please note: The guidelines below are illustrative and include, but are not limited to, the examples listed. Royalty Speaks reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict or remove any content that does not comply with these standards.

A. Professional Focus

All presentations & submitted biographies must emphasize professional achievements and expertise.

References to personal groups, sects, or political affiliations are not permitted.

B. Neutral & Inclusive Content

To maintain a welcoming environment for all attendees, the following types of content are not permitted:

• Spiritual/metaphysical practices or occult practices (e.g., energy healing, astrology, manifestation, divination).

• Political ideologies, parties, or candidates.

• Content focused on sexuality, sexual orientation, or gender roles.

• Mind-altering or subconscious techniques (e.g., hypnosis, subliminal messaging, engaging the audience in any form of meditation).

C. Enforcement

Royalty Speaks reserves the right to stop any presentation, edit materials, or remove any content that violates these guidelines. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

By checking the box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these guidelines.

9. Deliverables Timeline. Delivery of all deliverables may take up to ninety (90) days. The delivery timeline begins once (i) the Live Stage Event has concluded, (ii) all required Client materials and approvals have been received, and (iii) payment has been completed. Client acknowledges that delays caused by late or incomplete submissions, delayed approvals, third-party platforms/vendors, or circumstances outside Company’s reasonable control may extend the delivery timeline.

10. Governing Law:

The Agreement is governed by Illinois law, USA.
